EULA - End User License Agreement

Software License Agreement
This is a legal agreement between you (either a single individual or an entity), the end user, and Sagitos Ltd. By installing or running Win7Zilla software, you indicates acceptance of this Agreement. If someone else uses a copy of Win7Zilla software installed by you, he or she may do so only subject to all conditions, obligations and limits described in this Agreement.
"Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying Win7Zilla .
1. Grant of License
For trial version users:
Sagitos Ltd grants you the right to use Win7Zilla software for 15 days on any computer that you have permission to do so or for multiple users on that computer.
For registered users:
Sagitos Ltd grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Win7Zilla and any associated documentation. If you have purchased a Single User License, one copy of Win7Zilla may be installed and used on a single computer. If you have purchased a Multiple User License (you specified several copies of the software when you purchased it), the Software may be installed and used on the number of computers authorized at the time of purchase.
For all users:
You MAY make one copy in machine-readable form for backup purposes only. Within any such copy, you must reproduce the copyright notices and any other proprietary legends that were on the original downloaded copy of Win7Zilla. No license, right or interest in any trademark, trade name or service mark of Sagitos Ltd or any third party is granted under this License.
This license is not transferable to another organization or individual. Any reproduction or redistribution of Win7Zilla not in accordance with the License Agreement is prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent allowable by law.
2. Termination
For trial version users:
After the 15-day period, you must remove Win7Zilla from your computer.
For all users:
This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate this License at any time by uninstalling Win7Zilla, and/or destroying all copies thereof. This License will be construed as terminated immediately and without notice from Sagitos Ltd if you fail to comply with any provision of this License. If this license is terminated for any reason, you must uninstall Win7Zilla, and/or destroy all copies thereof.
3. Restrictions
You may not rent, lease, loan or resell Win7Zilla. You may not permit third parties to benefit from the use or functionality of Win7Zilla via a timesharing, service bureau or other arrangement. You may not transfer any of the rights granted to you under this Agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Win7Zilla, except to the extent that applicable law expressly prohibits the foregoing restriction. You may not modify, or create derivative works based upon, Win7Zilla in whole or in part. You may not copy Win7Zilla or Documentation except as expressly permitted above.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of liability
Win7Zilla is provided "AS IS," without a warranty of any kind whatsoever with respect to the product and/or the performance of the product; including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, or any other warranties expressed or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
In no event shall Sagitos Ltd and its suppliers be liable to, responsible for and shall not pay you for any consequential, special, incidental or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the delivery, performance or use of, or inability to use, Win7Zilla , even if Sagitos Ltd have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Sagitos Ltd's liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort or any other theory of liability, exceed the license fee paid by you, if any.
5. High Risk activities
Win7Zilla is not fault-tolerant and is not designed or intended for use in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, including without limitation, in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, weapons systems, direct life-support machines, or any other application in which the failure of Win7Zilla could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or property damage (Collectively, High risk activities). Sagitos Ltd expressly disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for high risk activities.
6. Entire Agreement
This is the entire agreement between you and Sagitos Ltd, which supersedes any prior agreement or understanding, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this license.
